How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally dispatched within 12–24 hours after successful payment and are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be paid for online at the time of purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above. For orders below ₹699, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Can I return my jewellery if there is a problem with my order?

Yes. Returns may be accepted if your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Do I need an unboxing video to request a return?

Yes. For any claim involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required. The video should show the unopened package, shipping label, and the product while it is being unboxed. This helps us verify the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery.
